Shopping at LittleBigTrucks.US
Shopping with us is much like shopping at any other store, except you can shop online, without ever leaving the house. No Traffic, or long lines and you can shop when you want to. Our store is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
First, Browse through our online Catalog. If you see something you would like to order, you would first click on the truck that you would like to order. This will take you to the main page for this truck. You then scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on Add to Cart. This will put it in your shopping cart.
REGISTER & CHECKOUT
If you are through shopping, you need to go to checkout. This is accomplished by clicking on the word checkout near the top of the page, under and to the right of the LittleBigTrucks logo. This will take you to the login / register page. You will only have to register once and when you come back later to place another order, you will just have to login with your user name and password. Click on Register Here. You should now be on the page with Bill To Information. Enter a user Id and password. This can be what ever you would like. Now fill out the information on yourself in the form provided. If you will be paying with a credit card through our secure server, you will want to make sure you enter your name and address just as it appears on your credit card statement. If you are going to have it shipped to the same address, you can just click on the check box Ship To Shipping Same as Billing: to eliminate having to renter your information. You may have to scroll down depending on your browser, to get to the continue button. Now, Click on the continue button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to your billing information page.
Problems with Check Out
When ordering on our site you need to make sure Cookies are enabled. If you can not seem to add items to your Cart, or they do not show up in your cart, you probably do not have cookies enabled.
In the past few months, cookies have gotten a bad rap with all of the spyware, and adware out there. They are not Evil things that some people have made them out to be. They are necessary for the operation of almost all chopping carts on all e-commerce web sites. With out cookies, shopping carts can not function. A shopping cart must be able to recognize you in order to add your items and associate these items with your order. If you are trying to order from this site, or any other site, one of the first signs that cookies are not enabled is that you will not be able to add items to your cart.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Make sure your information is correct and then Go to the bottom of the page, and click on continue. This will take you to the shipping info page, where you can choose your shipping option. I would suggest Priority Mail w/Del. Conf. This is usually about as cheap, or cheaper than Parcel Post and will get your item delivered in 2 to 3 days from the time it is shipped. When you click on "Select" by your shipping option, this will take you to a page showing your total including shipping. You will now need to select Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, or PayPal. If you are not familiar with PayPal, it is an option that you can use to pay for your item with either your credit card, or with your checking account. It is a third party payment option that you have to sign up with. Your information is transmitted to our secure server if paying by Visa, Master Card, or Money order. If paying by PayPal, you are redirected to there secure server. If you selected Visa or MasterCard, You will now be redirected to our secure server to enter your credit card information. Click OK. You will now get a security alert telling you that you are being directed to our Secure Server to enter your credit card information. Click OK. You will now be able to securely enter your credit card information. After entering this information, click complete checkout. Please click the complete checkout button only once. It may take up to 30 seconds to process your credit card.You have now made your first purchase and in the future you will be able to log in and check out much quicker. If you choose Money Order for method of payment, you will need to print out the order page and send it with your payment. Also if you are paying by Money Order, please email me to confirm that you are sending a money order and I will deduct your purchase from inventory, so your item will be available when your money order arrives.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:All items will be shipped by USPS priority mail or Parcel Post to US address and by Air Parcel Post to International locations. We accept Visa, and MasterCard. You can also pay by PayPal or Money Order if you would like. You will be presented with the options during check out.
